Yesterday the couple were spotted enjoying the warm weather while watching a kids sports day event at Perivale Park Athletics Track in London.

But while Victoria appeared to be keen to put on a united front by laying on the PDAs, Becks seemed far more interested in the races than returning his wife’s affection.

Here, body language expert Judi James decodes their behavior… and it’s bad news for “needy” Victoria.

These poses do define a happily married couple enjoying a day out, but it has to be said that – in terms of creating a passionate and romantic public display of affection – it does seem to be Victoria putting in most of the work.

It was the same on the day of the Royal Wedding, where we saw Posh tapping at her husband’s hand in a bid to get him to link it with hers.

Her body language here looks besotted, like a young woman in the early days of love rather than a woman in a mature marriage with kids.

She seems to be trying to gain David’s attention, but the way he sits smiling and relaxed yet slightly stoic-looking suggests he’s not about to mirror her loving ritual.
