Dine Round places Victoria’s meals and beverage trade within the highlight – Victoria Information

Local food, drink, and accommodations are back in the spotlight this month as Dine Around, Stay in Town Victoria celebrates over two weeks with special menus, locally brewed beers and wines from BC, and discounted hotel rooms.

If you’ve never seen this annual storefront, which caters to both local residents and visitors to the Greater Victoria area, the area’s restaurants offer multi-course meals at set prices between $ 20 and $ 50. If you’re a fan of restaurants, this promotion gives you a chance to test the city’s culinary waters and maybe even discover new favorites!

If you want to treat yourself to a stay, a selection of hotels in the area offer discounted room rates, a great option when pairing beer, wine, or cocktails for lunch or dinner.

The annual event begins on Thursday January 24th with a gala kickoff at the Victoria Conference Center. From 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the event will tease your taste buds with samples from more than 60 local restaurants, as well as local craft brewers and VQA wineries.

Tickets are $ 65 each and include grazing rights throughout the venue so you can sample a variety of food and drink. They are available at ticketrocket.co.
