Do you acknowledge this man? FBI asks for assist in figuring out the Houston financial institution robber

The Houston FBI is seeking help in identifying and locating a man who robbed a bank in northwest Houston.

According to a press release, the robbery occurred at around 10:00 a.m. on Monday at Wells Fargo Bank at 5625 FM 1960 Road West.

The suspect reportedly turned to a cashier and asked for the money in her drawer while gesturing on his waistband as if he had a gun, a press release said.

According to the notice, the cashier followed and the suspect left the bank in an unknown direction or in an unknown vehicle with an unknown amount of money.

According to the FBI, the suspect is described as approximately 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, stocky, Hispanic, and in his late 20s to early 30s.

At the time of the crime, the suspect was wearing a black New York Yankees baseball cap, t-shirt, and a COVID-19 style face mask.
