When the games are over, the roster will be reduced to 20 players who will travel to Pirate City, Sarasota-Bradenton, Fla., September 10-19 to compete in the World Junior Championship.
“I’m super excited it’s a start to my baseball career and it puts me on the right track to get known,” said Hall.
Mabee said he was excited to go to tryout camp with Hall since they have played baseball together for much of their lives, both against each other and on the same teams.
“This camp is an amazing showcase for Canadian players and they are going to be held in front of a lot of college scouts and professional scouts, so it’s a huge opportunity for these young men,” said Winstanley.
