The tastiest place to stay is returning to Greater Victoria in early 2022 with Dine Around and Stay in Town.
The BC Restaurant and Food Services Association’s Victoria Chapter Chairman calls it an amazing way to support and nurture the community’s food service scene.
“This festival has become the premier culinary program in the Greater Victoria area. It highlights our talented chefs and restaurateurs and attracts countless customers to their favorite restaurants, ”said Peter de Bruyn.

The ever-growing list includes 10 hotels and more than 40 restaurants in the Greater Victoria area. Restaurants offer menus for $ 20, $ 30, $ 40, $ 50, or $ 60, with hotels offering room rates at $ 129, $ 149, $ 169, $ 189, and $ 249, respectively.
The CEO of Destination Greater Victoria calls the local culinary scene world class.
“Greater Victoria restaurants offer great options from a variety of traditions. Not only is our food and beverage offering high quality, but Victoria has more restaurants per capita than any other city in Canada. The choice is huge for both locals and visitors to our community, ”said Paul Nursey.

Participating hotels and restaurants are required to obey public health orders, and guests may be asked to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status. Public health also requires people over the age of 12 to wear a mask when entering a restaurant and when not seated at a table.
Dine Around and Stay in Town Victoria runs from January 20 to February 6, 2022. A list of participating restaurants can be found online at Tourismvictoria.com.
